Skoruz Technologies and IIT Hyderabad sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to work together to maximize the benefits to co-develop Intellectual Property (“IP”) and position market leading products and solutions related to smart plugs, agri analytics, Internet of Things and Industry 4.0 as updated from time to time, amongst other areas that maybe so chosen on a case by case basis.
The document was signed by Dr Sumohana Channappayya, Dean (R&D), IIT Hyderabad and Mr Ritendra Banerjee, Group Managing Director (Global), Skoruz Tecnologies. Both organizations through this MoU agree to Create mutual understanding of the strategy and business needs of each other to enable broader deployment of cutting edge and early stage products and solutions. They will also Identify, co-develop and deploy relevant systems and solutions needed for client success, on an ongoing basis.
Commenting on this, Mr Ritendra said “We’ve been in talks with IIT Hyderabad for quite sometime now and we are elated to have this MoU. IIT Hyderabad and Skoruz have decided to support each other’s working together in good faith. With this, we plan to Act mutually as ‘One Team’ and extensions of each other”
Mr George John (Chief Sales Officer @ Skoruz) added, “with Skoruz acting as IIT Hyderabad’s business and technology partner and IIT Hyderabad acting as Skoruz’s research, consulting and technology partner in relevant areas we will Identify appropriate model to fund this on an ongoing basis the design, development, deployment and maintenance of relevant IP.”
